Electrical Shift Engineer jobs in Burnley

You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager your responsibilities will include:

You will need to work closely with other departments and ensure the factory is running at full capacity. The right candidate will be hands-on, have the experience/knowledge & qualifications required and want to progress in a forward-thinking company.

You will sharpen your technical skills while building real expertise in PLCs, robotics and automation. You'll join a skilled engineering team supporting fast-paced manufacturing operations, keeping production moving and continuously improving equipment performance.
