You will be responsible for completing physical control counts to complete root cause corrective actions to improve overall inventory accuracy. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Performs control group counts to identify and fix root causes working with all levels of management for inventory approval and sign off.

You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks under limited supervision to validate designs, assembly processes and proper operation of BCP machines.

You will also support investigation and resolution of quality issues by performing necessary reworks and repairs when issues are found.

You will carry out PPM schedules and complete work requests, project work and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be involved with and support, project work that brings the latest industry technology into Caterpillar.

You will be required to undertake academic qualifications to a minimum HNC level.
