You will report to the Antenna Lead Technical Specialist and work within a team of 15 highly motivated engineers covering electromagnetic design, antenna test, simulation and analysis to support the development of advanced phased array antennas for radar applications through various stages of the engineering lifecycle.

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and technically challenges projects within this fast paced sector. WSP are currently involved in numerous projects, working with Colocation Providers, End Users and Enterprise clients, both within the UK and across EMEA.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will help guide the business through technical changes, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless integration of new solutions. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a people-focused mindset to deliver high-quality solutions and support the company’s strategic objectives.
