You will play a key rolein delivering a range of cable system projects across multiple voltage levels, serving clients including Transmission System Operators, Distribution Network Operators, and private developers worldwide.

You will be responsible for integrating embedded systems with firmware, conducting thorough failure analysis, and optimizing device performance through iterative design. Essential skills include deep knowledge of electromagnetism, signal processing, and experience utilizing CAD tools for layout design.

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.

You will help guide the business through technical changes, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless integration of new solutions. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a people-focused mindset to deliver high-quality solutions and support the company’s strategic objectives.
