You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, at the right quality, procuring equipment/materials, and working with subcontractors and project stakeholders. This role will focus on delivering services to their midlands clients, with the expectation to be on site 2-3 days per week, the rest from home, with a visit to their office in Coventry once every 2 weeks or so.

You will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Strategic Asset Management, Business Planning, and regional delivery teams to translate insights into tangible, value-driven investment programmes. Key Responsibilities - Develop and refine Sanctuary’s national asset reinvestment plan, ensuring it aligns with corporate strategy and financial sustainability.

You will enjoy mentoring and developing others, leading by example, and contributing to team projects beyond day-to-day client work. If you are highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage workloads effectively, communicate clearly, and remain committed to continuous improvement and delivering a high standard of service, this could be the role for you.
