You will deliver the Engineering Reliability Maintenance plan, in a technical leadership role, empowering the hands-on Reliability Maintenance Engineers to put into action; move away from a reactive maintenance culture.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting ongoing improvements to reliability, efficiency, and safety. Working closely with the production and engineering teams, you will help to deliver a safe and reliable operation across the site.

You will lead on machine setup, implement structured preventative maintenance programs, and act as the key liaison with the main machinery provider. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliability, driving continuous improvement, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant production operation.

You will need some electrical and controls knowledge, but the instrument side is key and being able to understand things that are measured in the plant through various instruments, such as the flow, temperature, pressure and mass for example.
