You will be involved in concept right through to production, in the electronics design process, simulating circuits, pre-scan of EMC rules, prototyping, creating schematics, designing PCBs then testing and assisting with the transition to manufacturing.

You will help with the design, implementation, and support of new capabilities, as well as participate in local and worldwide trials using both existing and future technology.

You will develop into the Subject Matter Expert (SME), acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries.

You will be involved in concept right through to production, in the electronics design process, simulating circuits, pre-scan of EMC rules, prototyping, creating schematics, designing PCBs then testing and assisting with the transition to manufacturing. Requirements: Experience designing complex electronics products.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the full product lifecycle - from development and testing to post-deployment support.

You will possess broad and extensive experience within the flight test community

You will have the ability to teach on the ground and instruct in the air (FTEIs teach alongside TPIs in some airborne sorties) and possess the ability to clarify subject material that is inherently complex so that students of all nationalities can understand and then apply the associated principles
