You will manage a diverse portfolio of land and property, working through teams of in‑house professionals and external advisors, and provide senior‑level advice to elected Members, Corporate Boards and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of a commercial asset management and development strategy, ensuring optimal use of the Council's property resources.

You will play a key role in delivering fast‑paced retail fit‑out projects from design development through to construction. This includes producing Revit‑based technical drawing packages, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects meet the high standards expected by major national retailers.

You will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the service, ensuring it delivers high standards of care while remaining compliant, sustainable and future-focused. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
