You will ideally have: - Call handling or phone-based customer service experience. - An excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good geographical knowledge of the Powys area is desirable. - Ability to prioritise, work on your own initiative, and as part of a team.

You will approach every call with sensitivity, understanding and patience, ensuring that the client receives the appropriate support that they need whilst also complying with our client and regulatory requirements.

You will be working 4 days out of 7, on average, between Monday and Sunday.

You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and you will have your rota 4 weeks in advance.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
