You will have excellent clinical skills and the ability to lead on the shop floor.

You will be expected to be active in the teaching and supervision of all multi-disciplinary staff.

You will be expected to demonstrate leadership across the multi-professional team and support education and training of the many learners in the department, as well as contributing to quality improvement and audit.

You will be confident navigating complex and high-risk statutory, legislative and governance frameworks.

You will be used to working closely with senior colleagues across multiple services, understanding how decisions in one area impact others, and shaping work so it aligns with the statutory duties of KCC and wider partners.

You will be required to work on a shift pattern rota [averaging 40 hours per week] which will include weekends & unsociable hours. Experience and Qualifications

You must have either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification to apply. A MET1 qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
