You will work as part of the UK Sales Support Team supporting our UK&I Sales Department on all aspects of the sales circle including ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. We work closely with various teams including Client Delivery, Contracts Management, Legal, Finance and Product to ensure all projects, contracts and customer onboarding is in place prior to the project going live.

You will be a point of contact for Facilities Management enquiries, handling day-to-day requests, recording minor faults, and taking action to resolve issues promptly.

You will also complete weekly and monthly checks for legionella and fire alarms, maintain accurate records, and ensure office equipment is functioning correctly.

You will have a minimum of two years climbing and groundman experience along with arboriculture qualifications and will also have your aerial rescue ticket.

You will be a motivated self-starter and proactive member of a team looking after the Boroughs environment and contributing to our residents quality of life.
