You will need to have a sound knowledge of fostering legislation and practice issues who will be able to continue to deliver the same high standards of service.

You will be involved in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Foster Parents and promoting the welfare of children placed with Clifford House Fostering covering the West Midlands area.

You will be expected to circulate for the scrub team, support registered staff, safely handle specimens, organise and prepare equipment and escort patients to theatre. Alexandra Hospital has nine theatres and the department provides a 7‐day, 24‐hour service. The role requires work in early shifts (08:00‐18:00), late shifts (11:30‐21:00), weekends and on‐calls.
