You will make timely and appropriate responses to and manage assigned work in accordance with Directorate policies and procedures, budgets, and relevant legislation.

You will share information and develop effective working relationships with team members, professionals in other agencies, and other colleagues in the Directorate.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive social work that supports children and young people across the borough. Our team is responsible for:Recruitment, assessment, and supervision of foster carers (both connected and mainstream). Assessing special guardianship and private fostering arrangements.
