Employee Relations Advisor jobs in Lichfield

You will have a strong advisory background, including managing of your own ER caseloads alongside experience of the wider employee lifecycle.

You will have had experience of working as a HR Generalist/Advisor in a busy, fast paced and evolving business.

You will have strong communication and relationship building skills alongside a flexible approach to work.
