You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in delivering accurate and timely management information. Key Responsibilities - Preparation of monthly management accounts, including commentary and variance analysis - Production of budgets, forecasts, and financial models

You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task. Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.

You will ensure operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency while delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and sustainability. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) Lead the design and execution of complex warehousing and logistics transformation programs, aligning initiatives with overall business strategy and customer requirements.

You will ensure consistent performance, capability development, and alignment with group standards, overseeing programme-level planning, risk management, and benefit tracking to support strategic decision-making.

You will contribute to shaping the group’s portfolio management approach and strategic delivery capability.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.
