You will be working at one of our supported living services in Cheltenham – GL51. We offer 24 hour support to people with LD (learning disabilities) and Autism.

You will be working a range of shifts from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, floating shifts during the day and some weekends.

You will be responsible for enriching people’s lives, enjoy having a positive impact on their wellbeing and take pride in knowing you are a part of something bigger.

You will need to demonstrate good understanding of the need for permanence for young people and will demonstrate grit and tenacity to ensure young people feel safe and secure to enable them to achieve their potential. Candidates must have minimum 3 years' experience of working with children in care/care leavers.

You will be following care plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life. Please note you will need to be able to attend a Manual Handling Induction in the Melksham office to be successful in this role.
