You will manage contractors, ensure mechanical works are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification, and liaise closely with project leadership, MEP teams and client representatives to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

You will ideally have:

You will sell a full Building Management System portfolio, spanning building automation, sustainability solutions, SaaS platforms and energy management. Day to day, you will be generating new business, expanding existing accounts and positioning complex, value-led solutions to C-suite stakeholders.

You will be expected to work on design projects involving concrete and steel mainly.

You will also be required to work on site investigation and evaluate design proposals.

You will be provided with support to meet the project commitments. You would be expected to start to work autonomously after completing few supervised tasks.
