You will design, build, and deploy production‐grade models using energy‐market data, asset telemetry, weather data, settlement data, and commercial datasets. This role is central to the evolution of our pricing, risk, trading, and optimisation engines.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams and work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will have a New Business target (existing and new customers) to hit every period so your drive to achieve this should be unwavering.

You will also be required to manage customers accounts to ensure that we deliver a best in class service.

You will have a valid UK driving licence

You will be based in either our Newcastle or Leeds office, but there will be a hybrid working model, including the opportunity for flexible working hours, allowing you to mix working from home or the office, together with visits to our project sites, client offices and our design partners offices.

You will be responsible for promoting sustainability practices and solutions to businesses at various stages of their Net Zero journey, ensuring alignment with their sustainability goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will be involved with feasibility studies, site surveys and investigations.

You will work collaboratively with clients, partners and other team members to develop designs and project-wide solutions across a wide variety of projects across Stantec's Energy and Resources sector.

You will be a strong communicator, able to demonstrate leadership behaviours with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. You promote empowerment and contribution and have a passion to build a community and support network beyond your delivery role.
