You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will develop new capabilities and work on some of our most complex system configurations. A strong engineering background and high level of technical skill are essential for success in this role.

You will work on a rotating shift pattern:Each working week: 4 shifts of 8 hours + 1 shift of 5 hours

You will service, inspect, and fault-find electrical, mechanical systems, replace components, complete accurate reports, and work safely at height while regularly travelling to remote sites. The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30-5, with significant overtime available.

You will carry our tasks concerning maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, supporting resources, buildings and utility services.

You will work on mechanical equipment such as motors, gearboxes, couplings, seals, pumps, valves, pneumatics, and hydraulics and electrical equipment such as sensors, valves, control gear, PDS, and safety systems.
