You will work closely with hardware, systems, verification, and regulatory teams, playing a central role in delivering products for hospitals, critical care wards, and frontline clinical environments.

You will play a central role in developing devices used in hospitals, critical care wards, and frontline clinical environments.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting ongoing improvements to reliability, efficiency, and safety. Working closely with the production and engineering teams, you will help to deliver a safe and reliable operation across the site.

You will specialise in a core discipline to develop a comprehensive understanding of the engineering teams capabilities and to identify where additional resources may be necessary. Acting as the primary point of contact for Linaker engineers, this role requires building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

You will manage projects within a two-year development programme while gaining hands-on experience in overseeing project governance and ensuring compliance with management processes. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum 2:1 BEng or MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

You will be responsible for teaching both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum, preparing students for successful careers in the engineering industry. Key Responsibilities: * Delivering engaging and effective lessons for Level 3, HNC, and Apprenticeship programmes.
