You will be responsible for construction planning, estimating traffic numbers, construction workforce numbers, temporary facilities required for the delivery of the project, construction staging and execution plan development.

You will be manage the consultant engineers for all the design related issues and buildability of the project.

You should be currently working as a Technical Coordinator for another residential developer or a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.

You will be joining their dedicated Estates & Facilities team to ensure the optimal performance of building services across their college estate in South East London.

You will work to optimise system performance and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety and statutory requirements.

You will lead and coordinate a team of engineers to provide test support for product development.

You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.
