You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.

You will be trained and supported by an experienced team and have the chance to work on major commercial schemes including high rise office blocks, MOD projects and data centres across the UK.

You will require security clearance for this role.

You will also be supported to complete; -Design calculations for commercial projects.

You will be reaching out to new potential clients, learning about their business needs and challenges, and using the unique wealth of technical expertise available to you to provide them with the solutions they need.

You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, self-motivated, and confident in communicating with people at all levels.
