You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates - City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 - A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance - Excellent customer service skills - Happy to cover a large site - Ideally experience in High End Residential - Honest, hard working and reliable

You will typically find responsibilities such as: - Performing routine maintenance: Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing on a range of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems - Fault finding and repairs: Diagnosing complex faults and carrying out efficient repairs to minimise system downtime.

You will r egularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensur e health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to , maximising member experience. You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties to support business requirements as requested.
