You will identify improvement opportunities, ensure safe and efficient project execution, and anchor Arlas sustainability ambitions in every project you lead. - Lead CAPEX and non-CAPEX equipment projects, identifying and driving site improvements.

You will also have 03 years of technical or project management experience following your engineering training.

You will hold a degree in Industrial Design or Product Design (ideally a Masters, Undergraduate will suffice). Minimum of 5+ years of strong industrial design skills with a proven track record of success. Proficiency of 3D and 2D design, including Solidworks with a drive to create excellent ideas.
