You will act as a member of the Central Services Maintenance team and will take the lead role in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery forming part of the manufacturing plant.

You must also be willing to perform maintenance tasks for production output support as part of a team.

You will ensure production runs smoothly, quality standards are maintained, and teams are supported to meet operational targets. Key Responsibilities Manage nightly production to meet efficiency and output targets. Ensure all products are produced to specification and quality standards.

You will be responsible for the installation, service maintenance and repair of a wide variety of refrigeration equipment to include: ice machines, cold rooms and general upright refrigeration. If needed additional training will be provided to help develop the skill required.

You will take full ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards. The manager is the key decision-maker on site during the night, leading the team to meet operational KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

You will supervise production teams on shift, ensuring targets around output, quality, efficiency, and safety are met. Supervising and supporting production teams, ensuring clear communication and effective shift handovers. Monitoring performance against key KPIs including productivity, yield, waste, and quality.
