You will be given a company vehicle to carry out your duties, as directed by the Service Manager to include cleaning hot tubs, balancing the water chemistry, carrying out routine checks and tasks on the hot tub and the equipment, modifications of plant and pipework, cover repairs and installations, leak detection, plant installation and all other associated works.

You will liaise with external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and you'll be expected to review and update maintenance schedules on a daily and weekly basis.

You will receive £250 for every candidate we place in permanent employment who has been recommended by you.

You will respond to breakdowns, maintain customer relationships, and travel to customer sites. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a technical/customer service role and a full UK driving licence.
