You will also work closely with our regional leadership team and the global chapter leadership to ensure Talent Acquisition is aligned with the business needs in BCG X.

You will manage a team of 50-60 recruiting professionals globally.

You will report to Stacey Beard, BCG X Global People Functions Senior Director.

You will design and own the systems, data, and processes that allow sales teams to focus on what they do best: creating value and closing high-quality deals. Youll turn disconnected tools into a single, intelligent revenue machine. What Youll OwnRevenue Architecture Build HubSpot into the single source of truth for the entire revenue journey.

You will lead both onshore and offshore testing teams, while working closely with implementation partners across SaaS platforms to validate configurations, manage quality risks, and ensure end-to-end solutions meet both business and technical expectations.
