You will provide compliance, advice, guidance and support on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters across the site, working to ensure that all the required systems are in place and adhered to. Key Responsibilities as HSE Manager:To develop and lead the team in promoting, educating and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment across the company.

You will manage this area taking responsibility for Account Management and new client acquisition.

You will have a strong mechanical engineering aptitude and or qualification either through an engineering apprenticeship and or Engineering Degree.

You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, professional development and compliance, ensuring the site remains at “audit-ready” standards at all times.

You will act as the voice of L&D across the site—driving new initiatives, managing budgets, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and supporting career development pathways as part of the wider People strategy.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, validating and communicating new vulnerabilities across the other technical teams, ensuring the vulnerability management process is followed.

You will help manage and configure our vulnerability scanning and reporting tools as well as helping administer Next’s Bug Bounty programme.
