You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing the full lifecycle of the employee experience with a specific emphasis on complex Employee Relations.

You will take full end-to-end accountability for complex ER cases (grievances, disciplinaries, performance).

You must be exceptionally confident in managing complex ER matters independently, with a keen eye for risk mitigation.
