You will ensure that all installations meet industry standards, delivering exceptional service with your technical expertise. We are looking for proactive engineers who can identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, making this a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals.

You will act as an escalation point from 1st line, working across infrastructure, systems and applications, while also getting involved in projects and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for end users, resolving escalated technical issues across hardware, software and systems.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers

You will be responsible for: - Carrying out majors repairs to lifts within allocated area.

You will also be required to deliver accurate and timely paperwork supporting the Company's work procedures. In exceptional circumstances will stand in as part of the local service team on-call rota.

You will report to the Project Manager.

You will: Deliver site-based projects in a hands-on capacity. Conduct project related tasks independently and support the Project Manager in daily tasks and takes responsibility in their absence. Lead sub-projects under supervision of the Project Manager.
