Estates Project Manager jobs

You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers, guiding them through all stages of the build.

You will uphold the highest levels of quality and compliance throughout the construction process, ensuring all works meet both industry regulations and internal standards.

You will be the senior representative on site and the day-to-day lead in driving progress, quality, safety, and cost performance. Key responsibilities include:- Take full ownership of on-site project delivery from mobilisation to completion, ensuring works are sequenced, coordinated, and executed to the highest standards.

You will support clients with their asset strategies while driving project revenue and profitability across our portfolio.

You will bring a strong passion for successfully delivering and accurately costing projects.

You will also oversee and deliver all hard services and major fabric projects across our accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery throughout mainland UK.
