You will join the successful estimating and preconstruction team, working on refurbishment and fit-out schemes up to £4m in value. This dual role combines estimating duties with cost management responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include:

You will have proven Surveying/Estimating project knowledge on residential and/or commercial projects together with relevant industry qualifications. The successful applicant will be a team player, self-motivated and able to work using his/her own initiative. Experience of MS Excel and Word is essential.

You will be responsible for producing detailed, accurate designs for our products to meet customer/business requirements. We are looking for an individual with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and technical knowledge and experience in Truss and/or Posi-Joist floor design.

You will play a critical role in supporting strategic growth, managing commercial risk, and ensuring estimating excellence across complex, high-value schemes.
