You will lead and grow a portfolio that turns research into evidence-based strategy, options appraisal, business cases and clear recommendations to improve outcomes. This permanent role will be based in one of our offices (Dundee or Newcastle) in line with your preferences.

You will work with a fantastic team with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will be responsible for your own work and take pride in your high standard of cleanliness and organisation whilst adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.

You will arrange and oversee production trials, ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and compliant with food safety requirements.

You will coordinate trial follow-ups, product sampling, and lessons learned, and work closely with Technical and Production teams to develop product specifications and support accurate set-up within the business ERP system.
