You will oversee the flow of candidates between external agencies and hiring managers, coach and mentor team members, and ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates. What you’ll be doingLead candidate attraction initiatives through job adverts, social media, databases, job fairs, networking events, local partnerships and referrals.

You will help manage Field’s tender processes ensuring we achieve the optimal price without compromising on quality of delivery (to schedule).

You will be the key commercial point of contact for our BESS tenders.

You will use this experience to refine our approach for future tenders.

You will be part of the Strategy & Analysis and reporting into our Head of Strategy & Analysis (Alexa), though this role is highly cross-functional and on a day-to-day basis you will be working across all areas of the business.

You will actually be building and operating the renewable infrastructure we need to reach net zero.
