You will work directly with the founder to take prototypes into real venues and turn them into a reliable, scalable product.

You will work across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and real-world installs. One day you might be debugging a hardware or firmware issue, the next you could be installing a system, running a live demo, or speaking with a brewery about improvements.

You will be the first point of contact in the event of an emergency, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any issues are reported promptly to the appropriate authorities.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with team members, responding to radio calls, and executing tasks efficiently to support the smooth running of the event.

You will have the following skills: Willingness to work on a casual basis, to support event operations. Reliable and punctual, arriving on time for assigned shifts. Capable of handling tasks that may involve heavy lifting, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work well as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

You will be required to keep accurate records across your region, maintain high standards to ensure full compliance to company policy. Rota and timesheet management, GDPR management and all other tasks associated with the day to day running of the site.
