You will be responsible for a team of Financial Advisors, providing support to them to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets.

You should have experience as a Manager within Financial Planning industry, leading a team of Financial Advisors

You should have experience of both management and T&C responsibilities

You will be heavily involved in live, site-based projects, providing hands-on planning support, developing and maintaining robust programmes, and ensuring planning best practice is embedded across the region. This role offers a high level of autonomy and influence, making it ideal for a planner who enjoys being close to delivery and driving real project outcomes.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of planners, surveyors, archaeologists, engineers and architects based in the Shrewsbury office and part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities but small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections.

You will also become involved in business promotion – for example networking events, working with our professional partners to run seminars, publish thought‑pieces, legislation and technical updates to the market etc.
