Key Responsibilities - Provide telephone support to clients, managing fleet availability and recovery plans. Handle and resolve breakdowns, incidents, defect reports, and service status updates.

You will also handle invoicing and billing for services rendered, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient import operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Export process for shipments, ensuring timely and efficient handling. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure proper clearance and delivery.
