You will be joining their existing team of IFA Administrators who provide day-to-day support and servicing to clients throughout the holistic financial planning journey.

You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm

You should have good knowledge of financial planning processes and how a Financial Advisor operates

You will assume a pivotal role in delivering our comprehensive range of repairs, alterations, bespoke commissions, and aftercare services.

You will participate in a structured procedure where each job is received with clear images, descriptions, and requirements uploaded by our team.

You will manage new business submissions, carry out fund switches, process claims, and liaise with platforms and providers to complete client applications and service requests promptly.

You will also provide general administrative support, assist with meeting preparation, and handle client inquiries to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.

You will undertake a variety of tasks in addition to providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.

You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel .
