You will therefore undertake preparation and review of accounts production for wide ranging sole traders/partnerships, but along with a significant focus on limited companies, along with general taxation work across personal and corporate tax, VAT Returns and bookkeeping help and advice to their clients.

You will be required to fit in well with an existing team and be able to build genuine relationships with your clients. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with a successful firm, who themselves are going through a continued period of growth. You will bring previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience, solid IT and Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience within a professional or commercial environment would be an advantage, though not essential.

You will need to have a strong background in an accountancy practice environment to succeed in this role, and you may have completed or be undertaking AAT, ACA or ACCA studies, which will be fully supported by this client.

You will also need to be very well presented, articulate and confident, as the role will involve significant contact with your client portfolio.
