You will lead the coordination and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our major construction projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full MEP design and delivery cycle, managing program and planning aspects, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and digital handover.

You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.

You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.

You will play a critical role in maintaining programme, safety, and efficiency across a busy site environment, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for all logistics strategy and site-wide logistics operations

You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £100k to £2M. Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication.

You will be involved in smaller works on commercial fit out projects across London, reporting into the contracts manager who will give you a progression path to become a project manager witin a year.
