You will play a key role in optimising medicines use, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring safe, effective, and cost‐efficient pharmaceutical care across the WGH site.

You must be highly motivated and able to demonstrate leadership skills and manage conflicting demands on your time.

You must demonstrate confidence as an advanced clinical pharmacist, and a role model to early career and trainee pharmacists. This post is based at the West Cumberland Hospital site, although there is an expectation that the post holder will have cross-site responsibilities and work closely with colleagues across the wider Trust, in developing and delivering pharmacy services.
