You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the development of this role as the practice develops, and the overall business objectives of the practice change. Person Specification

You will work closely with the local tax partners and the national Workforce Advisory group to deliver a range of employment tax work.

You will work with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities.

You will be involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work.

You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs

You will be joining a fast growing and successful practice, where you will work in a general practice capacity within the accounts team.

You will be offered exposure to complex, high value work, dealing with prestigious national and international clients.

You will be given lots of autonomy, where you will have direct client contact and have the opportunity to oversee a small team too.
