External Relations Manager jobs in Bradley Stoke

You will play a key role in the growth and success of our national development solutions team with a focus on delivering our current pipeline of mixed use regeneration projects and engaging with our new business and delivery teams to identify new opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring continuing success in both delivery and expansion.

You will play an active role in developing and growing the local customer base by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the branch.

You will be a key member of the senior project team responsible for the design function and team (both internally and externally) on live schemes.

You will have a proven track record of undertaking design management activities at both tender and construction stages. What you will be doing

You will be an integral partner within our Digital community, liaising with our Information Management and other internal stakeholders, and developing strategic approaches and relationships with the external market to meet our future technology needs. The Digital Procurement Team:

You will be involved day-to-day in: - Cost control, forecasting, and cashflow management across construction projects - Commercial reporting and financial governance - Working closely with construction teams to track progress against budget and programme - Preparing lender reports, phase completions, and managing development finance drawdowns
