You will be responsible for contract administration, client liaison, risk management and resolving site issues as they arise. Applicants should have proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the industrial or commercial construction sector.

You must be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with clients, consultants and site teams.

You will be working in a close‐knit finance function and report into the Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to have autonomy in your daily duties and add real value to a business. Due to the location your own transport is advisable. The role is available on 4 days per week (or 5 shorter days).
