You will lead and manage a team of practitioners delivering health and wellbeing interventions to adult drug and alcohol users, utilising both harm reduction and abstinence-based treatment approaches. The successful candidate will inspire and develop a team dedicated to providing tailored support and interventions in a prison environment.

You will conduct statutory reviews under the Allocations Policy and homelessness legislation, ensuring decisions are lawful, fair and able to withstand legal, political and media scrutiny.
