You will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 1018 with complex needs, helping them with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: - Support young people in their daily lives - Implement care plans and structured activities

You will be given comprehensive training and support to achieve your full potential.

You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by being a part of the recreational and social activities with the people we support, and as a group. And always with a kind smile and a supportive word, even when sometimes a day is challenging!

You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle but there is a house car you will have access to - NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce would be very beneficial but would consider someone who is working towards their Level 3 qualification

You will need experience working within children’s homes dealing with children

You must be prepared to ‘go the Extra Mile’ to ensure that service users are enjoying the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities.

You will have excellent communication and team working skills whilst promoting service user’s dignity, independence and well-being.
