You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle - NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce would be very beneficial but would consider someone who is working towards their Level 3 qualification

You will need experience working within children’s homes dealing with children

You will deliver high quality service across this distinct and diverse age range with a focus on access, engagement, and support. You'll work closely with the multidisciplinary teams within the service to deliver evidence-based and quality care. Experience working with young people and substance misuse is essential.

You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.

You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.
