You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, working closely with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems inclduing aspects such as emergency light testing & fire alarm testing.

You will be trained to work safely and accurately to high quality standards, with the opportunity to progress into more advanced engineering or maintenance roles over time.

You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times. - Provide a call out response across all contracts. What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? - A customer-focused attitude with a practical problem solving approach.
