You will contribute to the caring ethos of our service, uphold rigorous Health and Safety standards—including infection control and COSHH compliance—and ensure equipment is properly maintained and used. This role also involves supporting other services within the centres, reporting maintenance issues, and promoting safe working practices while respecting the dignity and choices of those we serve.

You will also support the upkeep of the various booths and breakout areas designed to foster collaboration and provide flexible workspaces. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Facilities (property/portfolio) Management - Providing support to the Facilities Manager Ensure we are delivering client KPIs as identified within the agreed PMA (Property Management Agreement).

You will be extremely organised, able to work independently, and skilled at developing meaningful and productive relationships with our clients and key stakeholders.

You will be just as comfortable stepping in to support a client with their AV query, as you will be carrying out a floor walk and liaising with other workstreams to resolve any issue that is impacting colleague experience on site.
