You will ensure that all electrical services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with statutory regulations, organisational policies and recognised industry standards.

You will also act as an Authorised Person for designated electrical systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, taking senior responsibility for estate-wide incidents when required.

You will be working on Mechanical and Electrical equipment within this role, and you will have the chance to improve both skillsets via a tailored personal development programme. You will need to be a qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3 and ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs, although this company are open to good plumbers keen to get into maintenance.

You will also require a driving licence as this is a mobile position and a van will be provided.

You will play a key part in managing inspections, maintaining records, and supporting accreditation processes. Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all statutory maintenance regulations and company standards. - Coordinate and manage statutory inspections across facilities and equipment.

You should be a competent Excel user (Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) and ideally have experience working with a CAFM system.

You will be confident and have experience in supporting senior leaders directly.
